Please check off each policy stated below to certify that you agree to the terms outlined by J Mason Design.

I understand that the $250 deposit is non-refundable.

I will bring my actual wedding shoes to all 3 fittings and understand that there will be a $50 fee if I forget them.

I understand that if I have decided that I would like to wear shapewear or undergarments on my wedding day, I must bring them with me for all three fittings. If I am undecided, I will communicate with Jennean before the first fitting for more guidance.

I understand that there is an additional $50 no-show fee for missed appointments.

I understand that I need to be maintaining my weight from the second fitting until the wedding day to ensure that the dress fits properly.

I will limit my party to a total of 2 guests when I come in for fittings.

I understand that food and beverage are not allowed in the shop.

I understand that J Mason Design's studio is not a child-friendly environment as there are many sharp things, hot irons, and machines that make it unsafe.

I understand that 50% of the alterations balance is due at the 2nd fitting and can be in the form of cash, check or Zelle payment. I understand that J Mason Design cannot accept credit cards.

I understand that the remaining balance of the alterations is due at my final fitting and must be in the form of cash or a Zelle payment. I understand that J Mason Design cannot accept credit cards.

I understand that only I as the bride can pick up my gown after the final fitting unless other arrangements are communicated to Jennean.

I understand that J Mason Design is not responsible for pressing/steaming/preserving my gown.
