TERMS AND CONDITIONS: *

PAYMENT: The Client agrees to pay J. Mason Design the total amount for the services outlined above. A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon signing this contract to secure the service providers availability. The remaining balance is due one week before event date.

CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES: The client agrees to provide accurate and timely information regarding the event details, including any changes or special requests. The client will make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF J. MASON DESIGN *

Agrees to provide the above, agreed-upon services in a professional manner and to the best of their abilities.

Agrees to arrive at the designated location on time and prepared to perform the services.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION *

J. Mason Design shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by the client or any third party during the provision of services under this contract.
